Useless 'click and collect' AND customer services

I have places an order on 19 November and am still awaiting to collect... Estimated collection date: 22 November. I have called customer services, who said they will get back to me.. and haven't. I have called the store to collect from (Kays Motor spares), also claim to get back to me and haven't.

what is the delay? where is the delay? when will my order be delivered?
