They made a mess of my car

I took my car to Kuben from Midas for a service. He told me the head gasket needed a new seal. The minute it was back from Midas, it was spewing oil, which it had never done before. I took it back twice and still it continued to leak. My driveway is ruined and I have probably spent in excess if R1,000 on oil. I have phoned and sms'ed Kuben many times... he just ignores my calls and doesn't return messages. I had to take the car to somebody else. They told me that no service was done and the engine is full of silicone. I expect a refund of my R2,000
