They dont want to replace a car battery that is 5 months old and dead

Thank you for purchasing your battery from Midas. While we are confident you
will receive excellent service from your battery we would like to draw to your
attention the following:
• We will require your till slip , so keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
• Should you encounter problems with your battery the following
procedure will be followed by the Midas staff;
• The battery needs to be tested by the manufacturer to establish
whether there is a fault. Note that this cannot be done on-site
and the battery has to be sent to the manufacturer.
• After receiving the results of the test a decision will be made
whether to replace or recharge the battery.
• We cannot accept word of mouth results or test results from
other sources.

Note! Please be advised that Midas does not offer loan batteries.
