DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM MIDAS KLIPFONTEIN. THEY ARE ****** WHEN YOU TAKE BACK FAULTY GOODS.Bought A Macht 619 battery for Hyundai atos 20 July 2024 from Midas Klipfontein, battery not holding charge. Took it for testing at battery clinic they said it has a dead cell. When charged and tested immediately it is ok, when using after a while it is dead. I took it back to Midas Klipfontein 24 August 2024, they tested it, said it needed to be charged. I explained the problem to Edward the manager in charge, he said he cannot exchange the battery and I must bring the car for him to check, not sure what he wants to check as there is nothing wrong with the car, it's the battery that's faulty. When I bought the battery the car was not present. Anyway, he refused and said he cannot exchange it as the company will deduct the value from his salary and they don't pay well and he cannot afford to assist.It has only been a month and those Midas Motus staff just look at you like you are stupid. They just look at you and talk among themselves about you. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MIDAS AFTER SALES AND WARRANTY CLAIM FOR DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY SELL. I had to pay for another battery which cost me another R1500. I would not recommend this store to anyone rather use another supplier.
