Terrible service from Midas Zambesi and Pretoria North

Horrible service received from 2 stores based in Pretoria

Pretoria North:

Went in this morning to buy parts, assisted by Solly he assured me the parts will be there between 2 pm and 3 pm, and that he will give me a call once there.

After 2 pm I phoned to follow up, he then said the parts are not yet there, I was still talking to him and then he put the phone down in my ear, 3h45 my brother stood in Midas in front of Solly to which he first then had to go check if they have received the parts, after waiting several minutes Solly informed the parts have not arrived, then only he phoned to find out where the parts is.

1. Why did he not follow up around 2H00pm 2. wanted me to pay a deposit and assured me the parts will be there 3. Puts the phone down in my ear 4. Whilst talking to my brother, he answers a call and assists another client telephonically while, when I phoned in he answered and had me listening in on a client that he was assisting (I had to wait over the phone) 5. Over charged me for a part to such an extent that the agents are charging less

due to the above bad service I went to Midas Zambesi

where the tall gentleman was standing there, I had to ask if he was available for assistance, by which he searched for the parts required, there was no stock and the other part he said to me, I need to provide him with a part number as he will not be able to assist me and referred me to Goldwagen... Since when is a customer supposed to know a part/product code? I gave him all the specs of the vehicle a few times, it is obvious that he doesn't want to be working there. absolutely no pride in their work!
