Terrible service and no customer feedback feel like I've been ****med

On the 25 June I ordered 6 car covers on you click and collect website I received a email to say they on there way it's now almost a month later and I still don't have what I paid for, non of your contact numbers work, no one responds to my emails terrible customer service to say the least I want someone to contact me to refund me or send me my items I paid thousands for and not received .
