Terrible Service

I called Midas Dobsonville to find out what were their trading hours, and the person that answered confirmed they close at 17:00 which is what is on google. I then rushed to the shop and got there at 16:50 and the door was closed already, and they told me they close at 16:45 everyday. after spendind 5minutes trying to explain that I called first & I was told they close at 17:00 which is why I rushed to get there before that time, I was then told to push the money under the door & the car part was also taken out of the box & pushed under the door. Are customers suppose to be treated in that manner cause its in the township ?
