Terrible Customer Treatment

I visited Midas Blackheath to collect my plates and arrived at 16:50, expecting a straightforward interaction. Unfortunately, I was met with extremely rude and condescending behavior from a staff member named Wayne. His tone was not only dismissive but also carried a racial undertone that made me feel deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. He told me to leave in a very unprofessional manner.

Thankfully, one courteous staff member kindly directed me to a lady who was able to assist me properly — I truly appreciated her help. However, Wayne continued to make mocking and inappropriate remarks even as I was reversing my vehicle, clearly intending to provoke a reaction. I had to exercise great restraint, but I will not tolerate this kind of behavior.

This matter is serious and must be addressed by management. I will not let it lie.
