States refund within 7 days of purchase but not stated selected items

Unhappy with after sales assistance at Robertson midas. Bought 4m fuel hose pipe When i got home my mechanics told me he already bought this morning so i went back for refund because I'm not going to use it and cost R420. I don't have money to waste. They laughing at me stating it's cut and don't do refunds.i told them Nowere on slip states that. Terms states that refunds only in 7 days nothing els/its unused .I were also not instructed that details before the sale. I don't see the issue cut or uncut it's still sold per meter. 4 meters are 4 x 1m. The same as sold. I'm really not impressed with NO after sales assistance. This could have been resolved normally by just refund then this post would not have been needed to bring this under attention. I told the workers I'm taking this to helo Peter because they think im a joke
