shop no 32 Cnr K**** and koma in Mapetla East Soweto (Koma Midas)

On the 18 of January 2022, I bought a battery(SABAT 658) at Koma Midas in Soweto(32 Cnr K**** and Koma Mapetla East -Soweto) and then after couples weeks the battery started to give me problems-and then I went to them and explained that I have already went to 3 technician to check my charging system and their said my charging system is perfect the only problem is the battery -now their dragging their feet to help me - I went to them thrice asking them to change the battery no success their keep on giving reasons which are no substantive telling me what if their supply refused to take the battery now their making their problem my problem and I'm really inconvenienced because this is bad customer service .
