Selling Expired Paint/ No apology

I bought a 5lt paint at Midas in Witbank and when I opened it the paint was so old it was too dry to even mix. I checked the expiry date and found it expired looooong ago.<br> <br> I know these things can happen but they did not even offer an apology to me. They must understand that they wasted alot of my time (Going back and forth to the store and waiting for them to refund me as they also didn't have more stock)<br> <br> I went across from them to a privately owned store that helped me out with the biggest smiles. Customer relations are only lost with online shopping not a retail outlet.
