****med my money by MIDAS EDENVALE

I went to midas Edenvale on Thursday last week to buy a towbar and other things, hours later I discovered that the towbar isn't the correct one. I went later that day to do an exchange but I was not refunded with cash as I used a bank card to make the purchase. I was told the money will be refunded to my account the following day as it was a card payment. 7 days later today I am still waiting for my money and whenever I call to make follow up the staff is very rude and gives me different answers. One person will say you will get it tomorrow, the next person will say after 3 days, the other one will say in 48 hours.
