Ryobi Speco High pressure cleaner

Bought a High pressure cleaner from Midas Vincent Park East London. It was less than 3 weeks old & after the 3rd use, it broke. Not saying it's Midas at fault alone, but I heard nothing from them after I returned it. I eventually went to store & I was told the supplier of said Ryobi Steco High pressure cleaner just said, CLIENT ABUSE, without even examining it. Very helpful guy at Midas said he would look into it. I used the machine with respect & never abused it. But now I feel abused & Disrespectful
