Rude and disrespectful management

I am truly disgusted and disappointed at how management at Abe Midas in 18th ave rietfontein treats there employees, i stood at the till after getting my parts, and overheard a employee trying to speek to a manager about not being able to work this weekend because he has to look after his kids, the manager nearly assaulted the employee by the looks of things, the manager went off at him and starting raising his voice in a extremely rude and embarrassing way towards the employee,

How do u allow management to treat your employees like that, every time i go to buy parts for my company i seem to notice more and more how the staff members are tired and overworked basically being forced to work on their off weekends without any rest,
