Refund request

Good day. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Darlington. Horrible service. I bought a cam shaft that was promised was gonna get in an hour. I returned almost 2 hours later and had to wait another 30 minutes for the cam to arrive. Upon arrival it was the wrong cam shaft. He returned it and had to wait another 2 hours. We had the sample with us and he brought another wrong one,he insisted that it is correct and we even showed him with the sample at hand. We took a chance and the mechanic told us that it is incorrect and we even mentioned if we were going to fit the part and it causes further damages will be liable and he said no. We request a refund because now I paid R950.00 for a part I cannot use and being told it is a correct part by a sales person and the part look nothing like the original we brought.
