refund refusal

Monday 4th May,I went to midas(Cnr R55 and Thereon Street,Manavoni) to buy a clutch kit for a Toyota Avanza. When I got to the store I did not find the brand I was looking for(luk brand).the salesman(sedney) then recommended I buy the valeo brand insisting they work the same. I took it and gave it to mechanic it didn't work, I had to go and buy another @ a different store(luk brand) and it worked well in my car. On the 6th May I took it back and Riaan the manager refuse to take it claiming it has worked, and then Sedney adviced me to take it to head office which they also refused to take it(Fatima the manager) @187 Edward Avenue,Zwartkop xt17,Hennopspark,Centurion. My plea is for you to help me get my money back and let them take their clutch kit.I will be waiting to hear from you.<br>
