Radiator problem

Good day to whom it may concern,, I experience bad customer service with Midas Alberton tjis morning through a guy called Brian I thin he is a manager or something like that,,, I call him to explain my experience and a default on my car radiator that I bought, 01/06/2020. Very calm and polite I explain that the radiator is leaking water in my gearbox and we discover transmission oil in the radiator as well, he was very asking me who my mechanic was and is he rmi registered and he tells me that the mechanic must give him a call cause he wants to speak to the mechanic. 1. As a customer I call my complain through to Brian, as a customer should do, 2. I expected that Brian atleat had symphaty, like sorry to here that or this, after explaining my experience, which he did not. 3. As the customer I am the consumer so it is expected of me to phone the responsible people, 4. I felt that I was treated as if I was the mechanic calling in the default in the manner Brian treated, meaning the mechanic did not buy the product at them so the mechanic cant call them, , 5. I was never rude giving them the call I was cool and very polite but he was very short off, and have a don't mind attitude, 6. I expected of him telling me as a consumer mr. Esterhuizen I am sorry to hear of your experience, is it possible to bring the radiator in so that we can inspect it by our professional, and see whether that may be the problem and assist you from there 7. Brian has treated me as a chancer, and violated my right as a consumer . 8. I make midas Alberton my home cause I bought everything from them, oil, batteries ,globes, parts even paint from them and this is how they treat me, no symphaty, clear rude and do not care attitude, please assist 9. The water that went into the gearbox has cause the gearbox to malfunction, as I speak now I cant drive the car since saturday cause the gears does not shift I don't think anyone can be treated like that, I do have speaker problem on my phone, so our conversation was on loud speaker my daughter of 22 years old even listen in to the conversation, please help
