Racial ************** by Midas Vryburg Cashier – Urgent Action Required

I am lodging this formal complaint following a deeply disturbing incident that took place at Midas Vryburg on 08/05/2025 at 10:09 AM.

While purchasing parts for my vehicle, I addressed the cashier Emmerentia regarding a product previously bought by one of my employees. Another cashier, Jessica, suddenly intervened in an aggressive manner, and loudly stated, “It is because you are white.”

This racial slur was made in front of other employees and customers. Such vulgar and discriminatory behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a staff member representing a trusted brand like Midas.

This complaint was formally submitted via email to Midas customer care on the 8th of May 2025, following their official complaints procedure. Sadly, it has fallen on deaf ears — as of today, no meaningful feedback or resolution has been provided despite the seriousness of the matter.

As a business owner in Vryburg, I expect accountability and professional conduct. I now demand urgent action and an official response from Midas management. This issue cannot be ignored or brushed aside with a simple apology.
