R500 more expensive and won't return deposit

I needed new brake pads for my Renault Fluence. I asked for prices at the Midas on ontdekkers and it was +-R800 for the brake pads. I then went to Jaymees Midas as it is closer to my home and ordered the brake pads from there as they didn't have stock. Menty, who helped me, said that he cannot give me a price but he will call me as soon as he knows. He then called me only when he already ordered it saying it was R1300 for the brake pads. I was at that point currently working in Pretoria and decided to rather go to ARB Midas where they charged me R867.60. When I came back to Florida Menty said I must come fetch my brakes as he ordered it already, I told him that R1300 was way to expensive and I would rather like my deposit back seeing as they are overcharging me and didn't talk to me about the unreasonable price before they ordered it. I was there again today 17 Des where Menty told me that his Boss is not there and cannot help me. Now I have to go back AGAIN. They are unhelpful and extremely overpriced. I would like my R200 deposit back or want to use it to buy something else with the value of R200 at Midas.
