Poor service from battery hub vd hoff Hercules

Bought a new willard battery the 14th August ,1st the Battery lost power if car is standing for a day or 2 and no power draining equipment in the car, with my old battery it didn't have the problem why now ,so I went to middas battery hub vd hoff road to get the battery tested according to them the battery tested 100% the problem is the car's alternator which tested 13.70 v on there tester and according to my understanding it's a normal charging rate ,second problem the battery is leaking acid all over the aluminum parts in the engine bay where damage can be seen. according to them it's normal for a battery to leak acid in my years I have owned cars I have not seen a battery leaking acid in normal circumstances ,thers no damage to the battery and no over charging or excessive temperature ,the acid is leaking from the top of the battery it shows me it's "boiling" over,I was told it's normal and thay will only install a over flow pipe on to the battery's breather so the acid can drip down next to the battery 🤔🤔 I removed the pipe and asked the "technician" where does he think is the acid going when I drive it's going to go into the engine bay.but according to them it won't course any damage ,so what's battery acid doing to metal parts? Expecialy aluminum parts as damage was already done to expensive aluminum turbo boost pipes which was new and that's what I could see ,I was told that thay do not have the same battery size to exchange I told them even a smaller size will be fine where I was told thay are not allowed to do a exchange to a smaller size which is cheaper than the size I have bought ,and 3rd Why is there 2 dates ingraved on the battery I have asked the salesman why the 2 different dates he could not answer me just took pictures of it and left it there ,the first date is 28/7/2025 And the date when I bought the battery is 14/8/2025 .not willing to help resolve the problem just a back yard quick fix to try and keep me happy and yes I'm not happy and thay know it...who puts a drain pipe on a battery for acid leaking from the battery just to be blown into the engine bay when I drive. "it won't cause any damage" no relosion was given just a piece of pipe pushed into the battery to drain the acid and no answer to why's there 2 dates ingraved on the battery, something tells me the battery was returned on a previous time and sold to.me as a new battery
