Poor Service

⭐ Just had an incredibly frustrating experience at Woodmead Midas. When I entered, all the employees were on their phones, with no one attending the front. After waiting, a gentleman finally greeted me and seemed as surprised as I was by the lack of service. All I wanted was to get my number plates installed, but the process turned into a mess.

Once I paid, I was told I had to wait for the person to install my plates—who was, apparently, on lunch. After more waiting, I eventually asked for a refund. Only then did the installer finally appear, eating with greasy hands, saying he could help. I refused and asked for my money back.

It was a total waste of time, and the lack of customer care was shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting timely, professional service.
