POOR SERVICE at Rust Bourn MIDAS Oakdale Cape Town

I ordered front shocks for my car 2 weeks ago at Rusty Bourn MIDAS on the 19th October 2022, i was promised by the sales consultant (Jannie) that they will be delivering the next day (Thursday). however the delivery NEVER happened.

Friday afternoon i contacted MIDAS and i was told that they will be delivering Monday the next week. after waiting 2 weeks for the shocks to be delivered just to have them deliver the WRONG!! shocks. They deliver the back shocks instead of the front shocks and expect that i have to sit and wait for the correct shocks.

This is extremely POOR SERVICE!! its not only wasting my time but its starting to cost me money. MIDAS really need to start working on their service and stop making excuses.
