Poor service at Midas Strand Street bellville

I just purchased an indicator bulb for my car and fitted it in front of the store. The bulb fused immediately when fitting it. Fortunately my reverse bulb is exactly the same. I fitted my own bulb and it worked perfectly. I then went back into the store to explain. The store then gave me a new bulb but when fitting, it didn't work. I explained to the manager that the vehicle is outside and something is wrong with the batch of bulbs in the store but he bluntly refused saying that my car has an electrical problem .He wouldn't come outside to check. Even after telling him that my bulb works. The bulb is only R3. I can buy 100 if I need to but there still something wrong in the store and someone else will be cheated just because of the managers poor attitude. Please be careful.
