Poor service and very ************* Midas Germiston

I bought a battery at Midas Germiston and sent it back while still on warranty. They took it back and borrow me their battery and promised to call me. They never called me up until I sent someone there to check up on this issue as I’m not working in the area. They said the battery came back a long time but they can’t give him because it could be flat so they’ll call us to come and collect. They called us and i sent my nephew to pick it up again and was given a battery that does not belong to us. After a week it died and we repeated the same procedure , took the battery in and loaned again. I had to take a day off just try and resolve it but i got a battery that’s not mine and I let them know that the battery was not mine and then I said if it gives me problems again I’ll leave it next to the door but I don’t even get the time to send it off because I’m working for retail as well,
