Poor service and bad quality batteries

Bought battery January 2019 from midas Germiston, took it to KEMPTON park Midas where I was told they cannot help me as I have to go back to the store where I bought it from...ridiculous, what if I bought in Durban....then I had to travel ****m to exchange battery. Arriving at germiston branch, with waranty they could not exchange as they have to put on charge for 12hours before they can exchange..this was Friday..since then nothing happening until today when I phone to get results...I have been told "Load Shedding" affected 12hour test......since Friday they must have had load shedding.....they promised phonecall back as I am stuck without my car due to this, and they still did not phone me back regarding this. BAD SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY I cannot stress this more!!! Paying a lot of money to be left in the road
