Poor service

I'm very disappointed by the service I got from Midas Diepsloot, I bought a battery there last year October, and as my car went for service my mechanic picked up something on the battery which may affect the car later, I went back to the guys, and the Indian guy rudely said you need an electrician, not a mechanic, like *** you saying, then he asked this guy to check it out, and the guy told me I need to clean the terminal with code, he banna are you for real, the battery is in the 24monthts warranty you offer right.
