Poor quality tools

Bought spark plug wrench tool to replace plugs bought from Midas Elarduspark Pretoria.

In addition bought wipers, car shampoo tabs plus the spark coils to go with new spark plugs as well.

The shampoo tabs were a powder instead of tablets and spark plug tool lost its rubber which got stuck on spark plug.

Returned tool and shampoo for replacements.

Salesman said they wont refund or replace as I may have powdered the tablets myself or used some. As for spark plug tool it waa used by me.

Nevertheless we approached managers who all declined to assist due to being too busy. Then a Johan was requested to assist.

Was offered a refund on shampoo but declined as I wanted the car shampoo tablets. Requested refund or replacement of spark plug wrench tool. I was told it hapoens with expensive tools as well and I must glue the rubber in.

I am sorry but if I want to assemble my own tools I could have bought the tool for cheaper.

Ended up buying a spark plig tool set at Micas Waterkloof Ridge Pretoria

Will not support Midas and if no alternative will definitely not support Elarduspark branch at all.
