Poor customer service from Midas staff

Today I went to buy some car parts (spark plugs) at Midas witbank and a guy called Martin helped me or so I think and I had to wait for an hour or so for them yet other customers (white) orders where attended to quickly and when I complained I was told they lost the slip he has to reprint I mean to me that is Poor customer service, disrespectful and sublime ****** and no apologies where given
