I have been to Midas Hazyview store several months ago, just after being taken over by new owner.
I always used to use my RCS Game store card at this particular Midas store, but on this occasion my payment via this card was refused by the store, as saying it doesn't work anymore as the new owners wish not to accept it. And maybe they would accept it later on
I informed them that according to RCS Midas is part of the RCS network and I phoned them to confirm this because it is also shown on their website that Midas is a partner.
Let that alone I then wen to do my business at the time at Goldwagen who gladly accepted my RCS card.
Forward several months later I needed some parts and decided to try again as the new owners should be settled in by now and the payment methods updated.
Checked the RCS website again and again confirmed Midas is an RCD partner
So I went back to the store again and like the previous time my payment with my RCS card was immediately rejected, saying that the new owner does not accept RCS cards.
So why is this? If so that the owner can decide to not accept a card that is partnered with the RCS group, in a shop that previously did accept it, the Midas brand on the RCS website should be removed, as then it consists of false advertising to me.
Now, if I want to shop at Midas, I have to drive over 60 km to another town to do that.
Can you please respond to this, and explain why my card is refused by the new owners of the same shop? Interestingly enough the Supra Quick right next to then also changed owners but they still do accept the RCS card as payment.
Seems Midas Hazyview just isn't really interested in getting customers?
