Pathetic service – no delivery, no communication, and now a refund for an ‘out of stock’ item!

I placed my order on 23 October 2025 and received an email on 31 October saying my order was completed. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing and getting no delivery, I suddenly get an email saying my money will be refunded because the item is out of stock! I tried calling several times with no answer. When someone finally did answer, she said she couldn’t help and would transfer me — then hung up in my ear. When I called back, she actually laughed at me, and eventually transferred me to someone else who told me it’s out of his control and I’ll just be refunded. This is absolutely pathetic service. No communication, no accountability, and zero respect for customers.
