Pathetic service from Midas Elarduspark.

I bought a fan belt from Midas in Elarduspark Pretoria on 15/11/2018. I took the fan belt back to get a refund because it was the incorrect one that same day. They reversed the EFT payment and said the money will be back in my account within 48 hours. it is now Thursday 20/11/2018 and still waiting. So I called Midas and spoke to the manager (Johan) and he said only the owner (Deon) that has access the the account to see if the EFT was successfully reversed, and Deon is away on holiday and will only be back in a weeks time. For a company that prides them on their customer service makes this service a complete disgrace.
