Pathetic service at Midas

I bought a sabat battery in July 2024. The battery comes with a 24 month warranty. When we bought the battery it had a date on it already. Now the branch I purchased it at closed down. No one at Midas is helpful. From the mooi street branch to wynberg. Head office transfers you from pillar to post with no one to help. It’s the worst customer experience ever. Never ever will I recommend them. Pathetic. They keep saying someone will call back. Nothing. And they refuse to give me the CEO’s number.
