Pathetic service

Once again im experiencing nonsense service with midas, i was given an incorrect part at midas kokstad once again. Im trying to return the part at midas flagstaff and they refusing telling me i should return the part in kokstad. Im really not understanding. This is the 2nd time im experiencing pathetic service regarding midas kokstad within 30days
