Pathetic, Poor Service from Midas Centurion - weeks ago

<p>I am a regular Customer at the Midas Centurion - 6 Kersieboom Cres, Zwartkop branch. I purchase parts for three of my cars and am always referring leads to a Consultant in the Branch. I was very disappointed when two weeks ago I visited the branch on a Sunday afternoon and was a couple of minutes waiting at the door and was totally ignored and side lined by the Parts Consultatant whom pushed the door onto me when the door was ajar. I did write a message on the Midas Site (complaint/s) which went to the Head Office Franchise and I did obtain an acknowkledgement and we are into week three and nobody has called me to follow up what went wrong in this instance.</p> <p>I personally feel after visiting the Branch for anything up to seven years and counting, establishing a relationship, which is now all in vain. On instances I was told to see the Parts Consultants brother when I had asked for the Consultatn who was away on leave.</p> <p>After experiencing a horrible behaviour / reaction, I therafter decided to drive to Auto Zone outlet and they treated me like a 'king'.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have the impression that Midas are probably 'too quick too big' hence the horrible treatment in return to possibly it's customer/s.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely sad state of affairs where Customer Centricity is a dying breed at Midas Centurion. </p>
