Pathetic Customer Service

<p>Bought the adjustable wretch spanner, got home only to realize that it was a bit small for the work we needed it for. Next morning I go to Midas Margate to return the spanner for exchange with their invoice. The black security guy said I can definitely exchange it as all is still intact, he had to get the authorization to do the credit note. And guess what?? The Indian man refused to change it, because the packaging was opened. In my years of dealing with hardware stores, I have never experienced such pathetic client service and I could sense ****** on this Indian man who I assume is in charge of that store. Never will you see me in that store and I will spread the word to the South Coast social media groups! </p>
