Not paying for s**** battery
I bought a car battery on the 08th of January 2024. On my receipt, they took the price of the battery, add the price of the s**** battery and add vat on both and charged me for that. So, I went back to the store and the manager said that's how the computer works, and he can do nothing about it. He didn't even take his calculator to check it. I want my money for my s**** battery. I think they are *****ing at Midas Worcester

Thank you for reaching out to Midas. When you purchase a new battery and bring in your old one as a s****, the original receipt will show the price of both the new battery and the s**** battery. However, the store will issue a separate credit note that you will present to the cashier so that they can credit you for the s**** battery. This credit note will be given to you along with your original receipt. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
