No refund on wrongly supp**** parts
In June I purchased shocks from Midas, using the make and model of a Land Cruiser. The incorrect front shocks were supp**** and returned. The shocks were for a client in a remote area in Mozambique and thus took a while to return. Midas won't refund, because the boxes did not return and it was 3 months from sale. I would accept that if I ordered the wrong part, but I did not. They supp**** the wrong part and the cost of export and logistics, is more than the actual shocks.

Thank you for reporting your experience It is unfortunate that you took 3 months to return the product as this is not a reasonable amount of time for something incorrectly supp****. In addition the product packaging (by your own confirmation) is not in good order. As such we cannot accept this product for return.
