No feedback on poor product

<p>Hi there, I purchased a midas dash cam quite a while ago and have recently started using it, however, despite having the loop record function, it does not loop record and instead shows that the SD card is full and switches off until the SD card is formatted and so the process continues. It is a problem as sometimes the SD card is full during the middle of the trip resulting in the dash cam switching off which defeats the purpose of the product. I still have the original packaging with midas Barcode price sticker and the dash cam starts up with the midas logo.</p>
