No customer service what so ever

Thursday I bought a petrol filter from your Vredenburg branch. Saturday I want to install this product only to realized that its the wrong filter. I phone the branch and told them they gave me wrong product. Told them I stay in Lamberts Bay(150Km from them).After a long discussion with branch owner, he will deliver the right one and pick up the wrong one on Tuesday morning. He then SMS me on Monday and told me I will be there at 07:30 Tuesday and gave me right price. I told him its fine, please came and collect the old one and leave the new one. Will make other the arrangements. Later that day he sms and told me he will be here on Monday and that he will bring the correct filter. Once again I told him I dont want the new, just pick up the wrong one. The evening I send him a SMS to confirm his where abouts only to received a SMS telling me he has Motor problems and he will make other arrangements. Tuesday I send a SMS in the morning and later the day again, which I didnt receive any SMS or phone call back. Wednesday I phone the branch, only to hear the person is on Holiday???Where is the other arrangement? Please do not send a standard responds back...I want answers!!!
