No car, bad service

My husband took my car to have the front wheel bearings fitted at you klipriver branch. It took them hours to do that and in the process they manged to break some thing. It is damaged to the extent that it cannot be driven.

We left the car with them on 12/12/2019, they told us that it will be sorted by 13/13/2019. Everyday we go the they tell us a different story, ie they had to replace this or we still waiting for the replacement part. It has been a week with no car, a week to date. I have had to use Uber and bolt to get around. And everyday it's a different excuse from them.

My family has been greatly inconvenced, my sons car sit is in the car which is at the branch.
