NEVER buy MIDAS BRAND TOOLS!

<p>I bought a midas tool trolley for my workshop because it has a "lifetime guarantee". On inspection in the store ( Midas Voorbaai) a set of torx Allen keys was missing. The salesman said he will get me a set and I bought the trolley for R8000,00</p> <p>I followed up and the salesman explained that he is waiting for the purchaser to send the allen keys from head office. MR ASLAM MIA</p> <p>After six months I got hold of MR ASLAM MIA per telephone and he promised that he will order the tools from "over-seas" and send it to me asap. I explained to MR ASLAM MIA that I did not use the tool trolley up to now and not happy that I bought this set and still battling to get the tools missing from it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called two weeks ago and was promised by MR ASLAM MIa that the tools is laying on his desk and he lost my details but I can send him an mail with the deatails of where the tools must be delivered.</p> <p>Two weeks later.... today. No TOOLS and MR ASLAM MIA is not available as usual! </p> <p>I am returning this trolley to Midas Voorbaai for a full refund and MR ASLAM MIA can keep his tools!!!!</p> <p>WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
