Montague Gardens Capetown Poor Service Delivery

Good day I'm so disappointed with your Montague Gardens customer Care,I bought a wrong tool(torque wrench ) when I went back for a refund from the sales person (Quentin Coetzee)who sold me the tool worth R1200,he was very rude , frowning & didn't want to assist,I stood at his counter almost for 30mins , only to tell me there's no refunds on tool but on the slip nothing is mentioned about no refunds on tools, only electrical things are non refundable,I'm going to expose this bad service on all social media & take it further, because the way Montague Gardens Sales Man & even the Manager was not that helpful also ,he says I can only get my refund after some days,this branch is going to tarnish Midas name,coz of untrained staff with very poor service & attitude, Why would Midas a big brand have this poor service ,rude staff like it's a TUCKSHOP, On the refund Policy Nothing is Mentioned about no refunds on Tools but Midas Montague Gardens is dragging with my refund R1200

Please resolve this issue
