Mohammed Midas Newcastle

Mohammed Midas Newcastle. We purchased a clutch kit from them. When installed it was giving a shudder on the car.

We then returned it to them and informed them that the spares supp**** were defective.

They took the parts back and requested that we get a report from the Engineers to state that the fly wheel was skimmed to prove that the clutch kit has a problem. We provided and gave a copy to Midas of this report which clearly stated that the fly wheel was skimmed by a professional.

They (Midas) took the clutch kit and the report and told us that the money will be refunded back to our account in 7 days. it is now going 2 weeks and everytime we call and speak to the agent who took the documents and the spare he tells us he is waiting for the "Boss".

so we at this stage dont know how to proceed.
