Midas Van Der Hoof Battery Centre Pathetic

Midas Van Der Hoff battery centre I bought a Duratec car battery 02/03/2024, not even a year old, constantly having to charge or jump start. Took it back as it has a 2 year warranty, SURPRISE that wont exchange it because the terminals are worn. The battery has a indicator which shows it must be replaced, but i get told thats not accurate . So basically i get told that because my terminals are worn the battery wont get exchanged and its this that caused the battery to go faulty. Big argument I walk out with the old battery and very angry, but hey we should just accept it.
