MIDAS UMHLANGA FINDING LOOP HOLES TO NOT ASSIST PAYING CLIENTS

Be careful when taking your car to Midas Umhlanga. I purchased bulbs from Midas and has it fitted by a tech from Midas. 6 weeks later the left side light caused my car to catch on fire. This was proven by a diagnostic test from an rmi approved company. Midas refused to assess the car they have found every way around not assisting me. I am sitting with close to 15k in damages and they are refusing to take accountability even after i have sent them a proper report and evidence that this was the cause. the owner says its expensive to send an assessor out, I am a single mum i use my car for work and dropping my kids at school. I am so disgusted. Nolan is the owner he has no time to assist with customer queries! MIDAS UMHLANGA DO BETTER!!!! YOU ARE A DISGUSTING BUNCH TAKING ADVANTAGE JUST BECAUSE I AM A FEMALE.
