Midas, Sun Valley is TOPS, Willard service sucks...

Midas, sun Valley is an AWESOME, motor spares service provider!

I had problem with a Willard cranking battery, merely 18 months old and already vrek. Took it back to their branch in Sun Valley where I had bought it end 2018, who promptly sent it back to Willard for Check & Charge. Midas ahd given me a temp loan battery for interim. Willard returned saying Nothing wrong, get your 5-year old car to auto-electrician!

Midas store owner, Sean Dillan, is SUPER customer-focused, proficient and friendly,

Confidently stating I may choose what new battery I prefer as replacement, while he will take the matter up with Willard, based on the third party test(Bosch 131 Test report I submitted, which Willard obviously NEVER did, not even opened up the individual cells to check...as that clearly show me one cell is shot !).

Save yourselves ALL battery hassles, with these two simple guidelines:

1) Only go to Midas, Sun Valley. 2) Don't ever buy a "chips"battery !
