Midas sold me a used engine mounting

After i went to the midas in fourways crossing to purchase a new engine rear angine mounting which i had to wait foe two doys for it to get deliverd, i got it on saturday the 30th of november 2021, as i dont knw what an engine mounting looks like i took whatever i got from the shop as it was coverd in a plastic, as the mechanic tried to fit it in he noticed that the mounting was faulty and could not continue with the fitting, and i had to return it to the shop as soon as they open

When i got to miday fourways crossing on the 02 november 2021 to return the monting I was told that the mounting that i had was not thieirs and it looked used, and i cannot get refunded, all i want is my refund and take back their monting because even if they say the mounting was used, it was not used by me
