Midas Rustenburg

<p>Good day, please see this complaint regarding number plates that was done 22/06/2016 at Midas Rustenburg. I felt so disgusted when I received a phone call from my husband this morning stating that he paid for 4 number plates when he was only supposed to pay for 2 becuase the first set was to small. I was the person who told him that Midas is so fast, friendly and helpful, he must go there to do his number plates. We who don't work with it every day was told to measure the size the number plates should be not knowing that you only get two sets of sizing in number plates. I feel that the person who took the order should have know the size wasn't right when my husband said 48cm. Because you only get 2 sizes (44cm and 52cm) and he does not know from where to where you should measure . People work on a budget and dont have money for a extra pair of number plates. My husband did ask for a refund but was turned down and they told him that it is his fault 100%. I feel that this is a very unfair situation!</p>
