Midas Renbro is Not Customer Oriented

I bought a Willard Battery From Midas Renbro Centre in Hammanskraal in August 2020, the Battery Carries a 25 Month Warranty. Used The Battery According to Spec which is 652 for my BMW 3 series. Battery Keeps Dropping the voltage. Took the battery to the store and they also witnessed the Fault however refused to exchange the battery as it might have not been used for it's intended Purpose so they say.
