Midas refund

We bought an oil pump from the Ladysmith branch,which found to be irrelevant to the reason why the car had broken down. The box was untouched and therefore we returned it. Due to reasons that we had done an EFT to purchase the pump,we've since been awaiting the refund. It's been over 2 weeks since they've confirmed they've received the pump via courier as we were on our way to Richards Bay so we could not personally return it. Can we get prompt and efficient feedback.
